Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal. If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to their secure site to complete the transaction and then returned to wheelly.store once finished.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 1–2 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned goods. However, banks may take additional time to credit your account. Please allow up to 10 working days after your return has been delivered to our warehouse before contacting us. We will notify you via email the moment your refund is processed.
Where is my order confirmation?
Confirmations are sent automatically to your email address immediately after an order is placed. If you haven't received yours within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting service@wheelly.store.
How do I cancel my order?
There is a very short window between order placement and processing. If you contact service@wheelly.store immediately after ordering, we may be able to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process upon receipt.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
What should I do if I lose my return label?
We issue return labels and slips via email. You can simply find that email and print a new copy. If you cannot locate the email, please contact our support team, and we will resend it to you.
